The Challenges Faced

The problems they were having before joining hands with Sarv.

  • The absence of a comprehensive IVR system made it difficult to provide seamless communication for rural education. Students lacked an efficient way to register and access academic support, limiting their learning opportunities.
  • Managing student data was another major hurdle, as there was no centralized system to register students via IVR and maintain a cloud-based database. Additionally, tracking interactions was challenging due to the lack of customized reporting for registered students, blacklisted numbers, and partial call logs.
  • Privacy and security concerns further added to the problem, as there was no number masking to protect students' and teachers' contact details. Without a real-time "Teacher On Call" feature, students faced delays in getting immediate doubt resolution.
