Sarv Refund Policy

At Sarv, we strive to provide reliable and effective communication solutions to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 business days of the purchase or payment date.
  • Only unused credits/credit value or prepayments are eligible for refunds. However, application rental fees for the duration of the active subscription will be deducted.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for any usage fees incurred.
  • Proof of payment and relevant transaction details are required to process a refund request.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services terminated due to a breach of Sarv’s Terms of Service.
  • Credits provided as promotional offers or goodwill gestures.
  • Subscription fees for completed billing cycles.
  • Whatsapp Marketing Services.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our support team at accounts@sarv.com & support@sarv.com with your account details and reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review the request and notify you of the decision within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
