How to install WAMP Server in Windows Server 2012

WAMP Stands for "Windows, Apache, Mysql and PHP" . It is basically used for web development environment. It allows you to create web applications with Apache, PHP, MYSQL database. Also PhpMyAdmin allows you to manage easily your databases.

Step#1: URL :- http://www.wampserver.com/en/ and select the download system type(64-bit or 32-bit) which your windows server is running.




Step #2: If you don't have Visual Studio 2012 VC 11 then click the link to download directly.



Step #3: Double click the .exe you download and run the Wamp installer wizard and Click Run.



Step #4:
Select the language which you are using during the installation.



Step #5: 
Please read the License Agreement and tick on the 'I accept the agreement' and Click Next.



Step #6: 
When you are ready to continue with setup, click Next



Step #7: 
Select the Destination Location where you want to locate this WAMP server files



Step #8: 
Where should setup place the program's shortcuts in your start menu.



Step #9: 
Setup is ready to install then click install.



Step #10: 
Please wait your installation is under process.



Step #11: 
When you are ready to continue with setup, click Next



Step #12: 
Click Finish to exit wizard.



Step #13: 
Once the installer is installed then - Search WAMP - Click on WAMPserver.



Step #14: 
You should now see the WampServer icon in system tray. If your WampServer icon is orange, some services are not running.



Step #15: 
If your WampServer icon is green, all services is running properly



Step #16: 
Now open the browser and type localhost or 127.0.0.1 on the address bar and you will see the WAMP server dashboard page from you can check the installed services and also access different projects or access phpmyadmin



Step #17: 
Enter the user name and password.



Step #18: 
Now you can access your phpMyAdmin.
