Basically we introduced them to our cloud-based IVR that has call routing and forwarding feature. So if a call comes to an operator and he is busy, the call will automatically route to an operator who is free to take the call.

This call routing will be done with a certain gap in the Ring TIme. This smart system always detects a free operator who can attend a call.

This way we gave them a smart system that saves time and call for both customer and business.
