Create Email Campaign - 5 Steps1. Basics1 Basic Information To start creating a campaign certain details like 'Campaign Name', 'From Name', 'From Email', 'Reply to Email', 'Subject' is important. All these fields are 'Compulsory' as visible in the image. The user can also add multiple domains in email panel and while adding the basic information, the user will get the option to choose one domain out of the bunch of domains added.2 Dynamic Tags in Subject Line Design a personalized subject line by adding dynamic tags. This increases the possibility of opening the mail. Dynamic tags also add a personal touch to your campaign which makes the email campaign responsive and interactive.3 Enjoy Emoji in Subject Line Emoji are a big hit these days and will continue to be hit in future as well. So, our panel serves this option to choose and insert emoji's in the subject line to make it more effective and personal.2. Design Campaign1 HTML Design You can design your own campaign using the drag-n-drop editor or choose the inbuilt templates or upload the HTML design from your desktop. Once loaded the template will load in the editor as is visible in the image.2 Text Design Click on this option and you will be able to view another editor where you can add your simple text content. Text design is useful in cases when HTML design does not load due to any reason. In such technical issues, your text will be visible to the receiver.3 Attachments Add attachments to your mailer to send subscriber specific documents. We support a vast array of extensions: ".jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .zip, .txt, .csv, .pdf". You can either browse your file or drag and drop it as per your convenience.4 Convert to Text The HTML design contains text part as well. If you wish to use the same text in your text design, then simply click on the button 'Convert to Text' and you are done.5 Dynamic Link Tags Dynamic tags include 'Unsubscribe Link', 'Web View', 'Report Spam', 'Link Address'. As you can see in the image, there is a 'COPY' button in front of these variables. all you have to do is to click on 'COPY' and paste it in required position in template within the editor.3. Tools to Design your Dream Campaign1 Drag-n-Drop Editor Drag and Drop editor make it easier to design creative mailer. Just drag the element, drop it on the desired position and edit its CSS.2 Saved Templates Use your previously saved templates directly instead of designing them again and again. These templates could be easily updated through the editor as per the requirement.3 ZIP Upload If you have HTML ready code on your desktop then just zip it and upload. The system will fetch the file and unzip it systematically where you can further make editing if required.4 Thousands of Templates There are thousands of inbuilt templates to help you design competitive mailers. Choose the mailed based on the type of task like 'Advertising', 'Blog' etc.4. Recipients/Subscribers
Most of the email service providers allow selecting only one contact list or segmentation in a campaign. Here, you can select multiple contact lists and/or segmented lists on which email campaign will be delivered.
The system will automatically filter the duplicate contacts and will send campaign on unique subscribers only. This way time required to complete the task will be reduced a lot.1 Choose from All added Contact Lists As you can view in the image that all those contact lists which are created till date are available to choose from. Select the contact list and mails will be delivered to only these selected contacts.2 Segmentation If any segmentation is applied to the chosen contact list then it will be displayed. If it matches to your requirement then you can choose the segmented contact list. In image 'Electronic Product Purchased' is the main contact lists and 'Laptops Only' & 'Mobiles Only' is the segmented part of this contact lists. Here 'Laptops Only' is chosen which have 9183 segregated contacts out of complete 31937 contacts. based on this selection emails will be delivered to only these segregated contacts.3 Simple & Sorted No need to waste your time filtering the contacts separately. We believe in simplifying each and every task so that you can focus on creativity and build more revenue.5. Review Summary1 Campaign Details You can cross-check details which you have entered while creating the campaign. If you feel the need to edit the campaign them click on button 'EDIT' and make the required editing.2 Template Details You can check your final HTML Design and Text Content by clicking on the 'WEB VIEW' option. If you see any editing required, then click on 'EDIT' button.3 Spam Test & History To avoid spam delivery, we run thorough tests just to ensure how your mailer is genuine. Many efficient and intelligent codes have been written worldwide just to filter spams from hams.4 Recipients You will see the contact list which you have chosen while designing the campaign along with the total number of subscribers added to this contact list. If any segmentation is chosen it will also be mentioned, and if not then a blank sign will fill the space '----' as in the image. Also, if you wish to change the contact list then click on 'EDIT' button and make the necessary changes.5 Tracking Settings You can choose to open the tracking as per your requirement. Open/ Link Tracking: You have two options of 'YES' & 'NO'. Choose either of them and system will track your sent campaign accordingly.6 Live Preview Before scheduling, you can run a live test where you can enter 5 email ids. A mailer will be sent to these 5 email ids which will contain HTML design and all the personalized tags replaced by the data of a random subscriber chosen from the selected list. This feature helps in removing last moment errors from the mailer. History of all live previews/tests is maintained properly so that you can analyze process later.7 Schedule Now A single click on 'Schedule Now' will run your campaign.8 Schedule Later Don't want to send your campaign immediately? No Problem at all. Set time and schedule it for later.
Detailed in-site of the campaigns helps you to understand your subscribers more accurately. As you can see in the image below, the header includes other important details on the same page. You need not wander around other tabs to get the complete statistics for all your campaigns.
Just click on the number and system will show you all the results under it. Referring to the image below, let me give you a brief.
1 Subscribers While creating one campaign, chances are that you have included more than one contact list. The number of total subscribers from all the contact lists will be visible here. Click on this number '13829' and a pop-up will open displaying all the subscribers one by once.2 Contact List Click on the number in dotted circle and pop-up will show you the contact list in use with name and number of subscribers in each contact list.3 Interaction Rate A graphical analysis will be presented when this option is clicked. Interaction rate also helps to understand the success of each campaign.4 Create New Campaign This is a direct button to redirect you to a new page to create a new campaign.5 Search Search filter to search the campaign by name and date added.6 Detailed Report In this box, each pillar denotes to different tracking. Like the first pillar is the total subscriber who are chosen in the campaign, 2nd shows the total mail sent, 3rd is total opens, 4th is a total number of clicks and so on.
All the campaign which is created by the user will be listed under this option. The user will get a detailed review of the status and statistics of each campaign. Each row of the list display details which are numbered in the image below.
Templates which are designed by the user for campaigns will be listed here with the status (Scheduled or Not Scheduled) of the template.
Those templates which are shared with subscribers will display the date of the last schedule along with interaction rate and preview and spam test history. There will be a schedule button if the user wishes to send the campaign.
The ones which are still in the draft will be without interaction ratio & there will be not history and schedule option.
User can simply click on edit button to complete the campaign.
List TemplatesPrevious Next1 Preview Campaign List Click on it and a pop-up will open mentioning the contact list on which preview mail was sent. The pop-up will show the campaign id and number of subscribers in each list. Also, the delivery report will also be visible to check the preview email status.2 Spam Test & History Click here and you can run a brief spam test for the chosen campaign. If this test is also run in past then the user can see the history of those tests as well.3 Preview Pop-up will open where you will get the text field to enter the email id/s to run a quick preview and test if the campaign is designed properly without any mistakes.4 Edit User will be re-directed to the design page, where the user can make all the necessary changes required in the chosen template. Save it afterward.5 Web View Click on this button and check how your template will appear to your receiver.6 Schedule This button will get you to the 3rd step of creating a campaign. You can choose the contact list for this template if not done yet.7 Delete A simple pop-up will appear asking you again if you wish to delete the template or not.
